While I do like, won't the stacked plates act as a small waveguide?

Every change made to either the length or the angle changes deflection angles.

They are not done yet, and this is costing me all of $27 to do this, if it doesn't work then I reverse it back to stock, but I have faith it will work out just fine!! :-)

Keep in mind everything I'm doing to these speakers is for fun, and it's all reversible if I don't like it.. :-)

Also it helps having something to keep my mind on other things, and my hands busy..

Larry, is it not possible to entirely replace the stock plastic bezel with an aluminum one?

That was the plan at first but when you take the tweeter apart you realize the positive and negative wires are exposed and the aluminum will connect them..

There needs to be a barrier...

The inside hole that you see still needs to be machined, it was lasered small on purpose for final machine as well as the four holes to be drilled and c/s, I have stainless screws for the assembly...
