SB1 not programming to remotes

I cannot get my SB1 to learn any remotes. My samsung TV remote or my philips rc122 universal remote. Nothing works. I would like to program my rc122 to control my soundbar. The remote won't auto learn to the SB1 nor will the SB1 learn to the TV or RC122 remote.
Please advise

Welcome to Polk's forum. Usually the problem is a procedural one rather than equipment related. Give Polk's CS a call and they will do it with you over the phone, call them at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1 first thing on Monday.

Ok I will. So far I did follow the procedures and it won't program
