right side speakers in a SurroundBar SDA are not functioning

Help! I recently purchased a SurroundBar SDA on EBay. While the unit does not appear to have been abused in any way, there is no sound coming from the right channel speakers in the soundbar. When I connect an RCA cable to either the left or right channel input, I hear sound from the left channel, but nothing from the right channel. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Welcome to Polk's forum. The best bet is to contact Polk's CS guys at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1. They can help you take the speaker apart and diagnose where the problem is
