Magnifi one flashing lights

Every 5 seconds, four white lights flash on my Magnifi One.
I'm pretty sure this just started after I had to disconnect the system completely to paint the room. After reconnecting, I had to go through the setup to link the subwoofer and to re-teach the Polk to recognize my TV's remote.
Everything is working fine again, but I'm worried about the four flashing lights. How can I fix this? I tried turning the Polk off and on, but this did not stop the flashing.

A suggestion and a question from Polk CS:
"The first thing I would try is to reset the bar by unplugging it from power for 1 minute and then plugging it back in.
Do you know if it still plays the TV when those lights are blinking?"

Thanks, Ken--that worked! I should have thought to try that first.
I was surprised to see that the flashing lights continued even after the TV was off--they were still flashing the next morning!
However, the Polk speakers worked fine--with and, now, without the flashing lights.
