SB2000 red blinking light

I have the SB2000 product. The sound will not work. There is a red blinking light that alternates with a a green and blue light. I have turned the sound bar off and this still persists afterwards. What can/should I do?

    Hello,
    Welcome to Polk's forum. You can try a reset, unplug the power cord and switch the AC selector to "off". Wait a few minutes, reconnect the AC power cord and switch the selector to "on". Hopefully this will get things working correctly.
