I was uploading cover art to my JRiver files and when I saw Abbey Road, it got me thinking about the most iconic album covers. Not your favorite, but the album cover that's almost as famous as the album itself. No need for pictures...if we don't know what it looks like from the album/artist name, it shouldn't be on the list. Here are my top 5 off the top of my head, so this list is subject to change.

1. Dark Side of the Moon: Pink Floyd (This is clearly #1)
2. Abbey Road: The Beatles
3. 1984: Van Halen
4. American Fool: John Cougar (Mellencamp)
5. IV: Led Zeppelin
