Oh my, I think I just had my best CL deal.
Some guy had an add posted for a CSI5 in cherry for $60 with a messed up grill. I contacted him and picked it up. Yup the grill was thrashed full of dog hair and one corner was a chew toy. They were sitting in a corner in the guys house. He also had a pair of RTI4 in about the same shape. Offered him $100 for the set and he took it.
I took them back to the warehouse (work) and cleaned them up. Other than a few nicks in the cabinets these work perfect. I hooked them up to my warehouse stereo and gave them a good test, till I got the call to turn it down from the cube farm.
I contacted Polk for a grill and they hooked me up quick.
The RTi4 sold in a few minutes to a coworker that has covered most of my cost with grill. I am going to hot iron and wood oil on the cabinet when i get home to try to pull out some of the scratches.

Just watched a couple of flicks, Soo much better than the TSX250C and CSiA4 I had in there before. Nice having a CSi-5 back in the mix.When I was a kid my parents told me to turn it down. Now I'm an adult and my kids tell me to turn it down.
