New TV

I was expecting a delivery today, but never got a phone call, so I assumed the delivery had been delayed. What a nice surprise when I get home and see this massive box behind my loveseat. My new 75" Sony 940D :):) After dinner my son and I got it hung on the wall for a little viewing. Out of the box this thing is awesome. I plan to spend a little time with it this weekend and see if I can squeeze out a bit better picture. I really don't see how it will be possible, but I'm going to give it a shot.

I moved into my new house in June and have been procrastinating hanging my surround speakers, but this TV purchase lit a fire under me to get them hung over the past weekend. Finally back to having a 5.1 setup. I'll also be dialing the audio portion of my setup this weekend, so hopefully I'm in A/V heaven by Saturday evening.

Thanks to the fine folks at Audio Thesis for another fine product in my home. Skip was helpful and non-pressuring as always.
