My new sound bar keeps loosing sync with the sub. It will work fine then the sync light turns off for a second then reconnects. I've even seen the red light turn on while the sound bar is on. I've turn the system off, I've even Re synced the bass but still the same. It's been doing this on over the air tv and while streaming Netflix. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. As a test, try turning off any network routers that you have and see if the subwoofer behaves any differently.

Probably some Wi-Fi interference....try using a different channel on the router for the TV or other Wi-Fi device in close proximity to the Magnifi. Sometimes too, just a reset of the router is all that's needed. Just unplug, wait 30 seconds and plug back in.
