Polk 5000 can't stay paired with my Iphone and Ipad

Hi, my devices are often disconnect from my soundboard? Some times play 4 or 5 songs and then disconnect, I have to go settings and pair again. And after that do it again after every song. Is anyone here pass this experience? What I need to do to fix. Thanks so much in advance.

Is your phone on latest iOS? Also is there anything close by that could be causing interference? Maybe your cable box, router, or something of the sort?

Yes my phone is the latest, it's IPhone 7, router is upstairs, yes the dish network box is connected to the sound bar. There is nothing what I can do with. Do you know how I can get the sound bar settings?
