I sonic audio issue

Hello,
This wk, my Polk Audio I Sonic ES2 FM & AM radio volume is muted unless my iPod is connected to the system. If iPod is inserted, volume works as normal. Mute is not on. I tried unplugging overnight hoping for a reset, but that dn occur. Took battery out of remote & reinserted. Any ideas?
