PSW10 keeps blowing fuses

I have 2 PSW10 110V subs that I can only assume got hit by a power surge. When I popped out the fuses, both filaments were burned up. I purchased Slow-Blow Fuse 2A 250v Glass Fuses that are the 20 x 5mm. These blow immediately upon plugging in the Sub.

Any suggestions?

    Welcome to Polk's forum. In all likelihood the bass amplifier has become defective and needs to be repaired or replaced. First place to begin would be Polk's CS department at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1. Since the amplifier comes with a 3 year warranty have the unit's serial number and date of purchase handy when you contact them.
