My Polk DSW Pro 660 died

Much to my disappointment, my sub died.
I checked the fuse, blown, replaced with another and as soon as I turned on the power switch on the back, a loud snap. Another fuse blown.

Called Polk customer service and they gave me a number to call:
Walter @ 1-877-666-6601

I got a message saying, "We're sorry, the number you have dialed is unavailable from your calling area..."

I use WiFi for most of my calling. What's the problem here?
Is there an email address for Walter (I live in Canada)?
