WTB: Roku 4 or newer model

I've been on a tear here recently it seems.
I am looking to buy a Roku, either a 4 or even one of the newer models, new or used (maybe).
I need to replace the Roku in my bedroom as its just old and starting to freeze up a lot.
All I care about is that it is:
1. A Roku
2. Has the voice search ability
3. Has the ability to connect headphones to the remote for listening
4. Has a ethernet jack (no wireless crap for me)
5. Has most/or all of the accessories (headphones, remote, powercord, etc)
6. Is in decent condition
7. You've done deals on this site before
4k compatibility and all the extra would be "nice" but none of my TV's are 4k capable and I dont plan on that anytime soon.
I am well aware I could just "buy" new.... but I prefer to shake the trees here first as I prefer to do business with you guys over others. Plus I'm cheap

Apparently the Roku 3 will do everything I need and is only 50 bucks new at Best Buy today...
