They were being sold with disclosure of a blown tweeter. On swapping the tweeters between the two, neither worked. (I know... neither/nor.) On checking the crossovers, the one originally with the non-working tweeter has a burnt-looking coil and resistor, unlike the other, though the caps look ok.
Since one tweeter worked until swapped, I'm thinking I need at one tweeter (SL5501) and one crossover (RT5.) Can someone confirm this or let me know what else I should check and how?

P.S. - Rather not spend extra for crossover upgrades right now.
P.P.S. - Had just decided this was the model I wanted next for my lady's system. Had to buy them for $20 when I came across them within a week.
