help my 9000 has just stopped working

my 9000 that is just out of warranty has stopped responding to the remote and none of the buttons on the bar will work....so frustrating. have turned it on/off etc

Call Polk's customer service number listed on the website. If it's a known problem, they may still be willing to assist you. -
