Does a USB repeater diminish sound quality?

I was wondering because I have a 32' USB extension/repeater cable ( Rosewill RCAB-11008 32 ft. Black USB2.0 Active Extension Cable) plus a 6' foot USB A to B hooked up from the PC to my Parasound P5.
