My SDAs got bumped by a new pair of Energy speakers so they're up for sale.

Crossover and TL modded by VR3. All driver baskets dynamatted, black hole applied to rear wall, upgraded binding posts, hurricane nuts installed. I never got around to veneering them so there's a bit of peeling here and there. Grills are so-so, not too bad, but could use new cloth.

    I have mixed feelings on seeing these for sale.
    It seems to me you never quite got the synergy thing working, and that's a shame because you got some sweet speakers there! I do wish we could've gotten together and tried some different electronics with them, I really was curious as to whether mine could have used further "refinements"?

    At the same time, I get that this journey has many stops, and that someone will enjoy these. I have a pretty good idea what you have into them, and know that they are pretty much done as far as upgrades, so you're probably in the ballpark. GLWTS.
    So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

    Good god man, stop lowering the price! They're worth $500 IMO and they're worth $450 in anyone's opinion. It's the no shipping that's the problem.

    ^^I have mine for sale on this site only. Mine also are fully modded. I have them in storage now for my grandchildren or great grandchildren.....lol.
    2 channel: Anthem 225 Integrated amp; Parasound Ztuner; TechnicsTT SL1350; Vincent PHO-8 phono pre; Marantz CD6005 spinner; Polk SDA2BTL's; LAT International speaker cables, ZU Mission IC's and power cables all into a PS Audio Dectet Power center.

    Other; M10 series II, M7C's, Hafler XL600 amp, RB-980BX, Parasound HCA-1500 amp , P5 preamp, all in storage. All vintage Polk have had crossover rebuilds and tweeter upgrades.
