Kudos To Parasound Service

Sent my P5 in for a warranty repair. Parasound received it last Friday afternoon and unit was repaired and shipped the following Monday. I just received it, and it is back in operation. Can't ask for any quicker no hassle service than this. The whole process was quick, slick and uneventful, just how it should be. I will have to pour a tall glass of Parasound Kool-Aid this evening.
2 channel: Anthem 225 Integrated amp; Parasound Ztuner; TechnicsTT SL1350; Vincent PHO-8 phono pre; Marantz CD6005 spinner; Polk SDA2BTL's; LAT International speaker cables, ZU Mission IC's and power cables all into a PS Audio Dectet Power center.
Other; M10 series II, M7C's, Hafler XL600 amp, RB-980BX, Parasound HCA-1500 amp , P5 preamp, all in storage. All vintage Polk have had crossover rebuilds and tweeter upgrades.

I had a similar experience. Once they received what I sent them for warranty repair the turnaround time was two days from when they received it to when they shipped it back out. Turned out to just be a blown main fuse. They even put it in a brand new double box. Too bad the shipping is coast to coast for me because of the cost for shipping it out there. Return shipping was free though.
They also used to have a local repair place, but that dealer closed up shop a few years ago. -
