I can take a look at home to see if I have a video card that I can replace it with that has an HDMI output. If I do, I know that the card I have is a well capable card.
If I do not, you can get around it by getting a DVI to HDMI Converter (which I use on one of my PCs to hook into the TV), then a stereo jack from the PC to the TV. Not certain if you wish to take that route if I do not have this card.Statistics show that 98% of us will die at some point in our lifetime.

I do have a DVI/HDMI/DP Video Card - however, it is a full height card. What that means, it will fit in an i5 or i7 MiniTowers I have available for sale. It will not fit in the slimline form factor PCs.
