How do we PM

one other thing in my case.
I have PM's that were deleted(so I thought) and now they're all back. All the way back to 2010 do I really have to one by one delete all these is there no way to delete all in one fell swoop? I had some saved PM's and do not see any of those were they not imported? is there no folder or way to save them now?

Ken can you PM and shed light on this?

    So now it is 3steps to PM I click the name then must click the mail?
    So this is progress....I don't think so.
