    addendum:
"a complete alternate album running order drawn from demos and studio run-throughs, additional demo/studio run-throughs, full album instrumental mixes, a full album needle-drop of an original UK A1/B1 vinyl pressing, singles edits, live tracks and needle-drops of the banded tracks from the original US vinyl promo album."

    Crazy cool stuff.

I finally hooked up the interconnecting SDA cable Verb karma'd to me. It only took about 1/2 hour. :s I was so able to turn or lean the SRS2s easily and fish the cable behind the 3 racks with relative ease. All these months I thought it would be he*l to swap it. I think it sounds brighter but I don't know. I didn't give a listening section before swapping. I should have but it's history for a while.

I listened to a bunch of recorded Cds an old friend made for me last year and two Chesky audiophile test cds. Best voices CD. Sounded bright but clear. Then one with all kinds of things to listen for. It was kind of bright too compared to what I remember it being. But it was clear also. I think the new tweeters helped with clarity too.

I got so into the listening sessions I turned on the Triton Ones system for comparison.

I just chuckled thinking back at the difference.

Well I played Pink Floyd's "Wish you were here" 1975 Cd and couldn't believe my ears.

WOW!! It was like I was hearing details like never before. Talk about palpable bass, I thought the SRS2s had it in spades. They do but the Ones have a royal flush on bass. I'm grinning right now thinking about it. :D Now I didn't test the Polk SRS2s with this CD yet. Next time I see what the SRS2s do with this CD. It will be a different system but a better system testing.

I got out my db. sound meter because I was definitely testing the Ones volume level. I reached 100 db. once or twice but mostly was 80 to 85 average. Some 90+dbs during some instrumentals.

    It was a blast!

My cottage is well insulated and I have good neighbors too. I doubt they could hear that much. Maybe some bass notes here and there but they're asleep since it was midnight and their lights were off when I went out at 10 PM and they were out when I came back in around 1:00AM.

Very Nice! Rock out Tony!

Queen-The Many Faces Of Queen/A Journey Through The Inner World Of Queen

Found this at Walmart, once I saw it had all 6 recordings of The Band Smile Brian May and Roger Taylor's first band with Tim Staffel as Bass player and vocalist, it was an instant purchase. Three CDs with Smile early Queen when Freddie jumped on board, has music from Carmen Appices Guitar Zeus featuring Brian May.

The 2nd disc is Queen covers done by Lemmy, Marty Friedman, Yngwie Malmsteen, Tommy Aldridge, Tony Franklin, James Le Brie, Rudy Sarzo. The 3rd disc The Queen Symphony: A Night At The Orchestra. If your a Queen fan and see it, pick it up $6.97 and worth it for the pre Queen Smile stuff alone.

He played at the Country Music Dinner Club I worked at. I heard many artists back then in 73 I think it was. It was always a packed restaurant on those Sat. nights.

Good times! Stole many a egg roll from the Chinese restaurant beside ours. They put them at their back door to cool off. They were some hot rolls for sure!! I can still remember bouncing them in our hands and cussing.
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.
