LED bulbs - need source

Does anyone know a source for the mini LED bulbs like the ones found in audio gear (like on/off indicators). 12V DC with 2 leads, they are probably about 7mm in length and maybe 3mm in diameter.

    just make sure the led says it is rated for 12volts and has some form of current limit resistor, most don't unless stated.
    did you have one fail or just looking to upgrade?
