I am trying to find a good amp to be pushing my single Polk MM1040 10" Sub. Looking for any suggestions or knowledge to help in the selection process.

    You don't like the Polk's?

Any parameters you are looking for? Last year I put an amp in one of my cars for the first time in several years and I was pleasantly surprised at how small and cool running (class D) many of the new amps have gotten.

Depending on where you plan to mount your amp, this could be something to look for.

I also found SonicElectronix a great place for their pricing and fast shipping.

Are you also planning on driving any of the speakers in your car with the same amp? or just looking for a dedicated mono single channel amp for your sub?
