Yes you can, but those subs are rated for 500w ea, you would be better off running one sub until you can get a proper amp.

If its the mrp-500, the amplifier is 2 ohm stable. So you can hook up both subs as long as you don't wire lower then 2 ohms. But if you're wired hire then 2 ohm such as 4 ohm, then you will be getting much less power out of your amp.
2 12's will be louder then 1 12 on the same power. You have double the cone area and double the motor force.
