TLW and I have a dinner engagement on the 12th. We'll see if we can sneak in a cameo appearance. No promises.

Hello, RduNC. It's close enough for you to attend! It's down in the Southern part of South Carolina but this old mind can't remember exactly where right now. Just figure close to the Charleston area or the Southern part of the coast. [Edit] Crap. I forgot he moved. It may be Fayetteville, NC. Just wait until Troy or someone in the know responds.

For those of you that have not been to a Polkfest, you NEED to make this one. It's not just about tunes and gear, no sir. It's more about hanging out with a bunch of really nice folks that know how to relax and have fun. If you're really lucky, flexible Anna might even put on a show and believe it when I say, Big Flo's tater salad is to die for. Hell, Antny might even set the lawn on fire again and some piece of gear is bound to blow up, which is always an attention getter. Besides all that, BDT and TLW are exceptional hosts. You'll feel right at home, I guarantee it.

    I'm F1nut and I approve this message.

+1000 Jesse could have not said it better. This will be my third fest at BDT's. Both him and TLW know how to throw a party.

    George,

Retired from the AF...but, for whatever reason, bought a restaurant....and having a blast.

Yes, this is going to be a 'Fest not to be missed. I'm looking forward to it and I promise a great time. I don't have as much time to hang out on the boards that I used to but I'm still very passionate about it, Polk and most of all the lifelong friends that I've made here.

Oh, and Flexible Anna is finishing up her tour with the Peace Corps in the PI....so that is a REAL possibility. Big Flo's tater salad is a given and I've got a few other goodies in store as well.

Just keep me away from RT1's remote.
