    what's the 200.00 receiver joke? i don't get it.. Ive been called cheap though for chargeing to much in the flea market, go figure

    ....every one around this forum is so cheap nothing will sell around here for more than $199.99. No matter how much it is worth. tx-sr800 stil for sale $550.00.

    Will see - A great guy on here was selling an Onkyo 898 and noone even responed becuase it was a $1500 reciever - I talked to the guy and got a smoking price on it. So you never know.

    SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sold for 660$ on Ebay. That is stil a prety good deal for someone considering it retails for 899.00 but no where near as good as $200.00.

    Paymontana - I don't think the people here are cheap, its a small group forum...the prices SHOULD be lower than normal. This is a place for quick and pain free deals. You would be suprised what gets thrown around by these guys if your a regular, calling us cheap sure won't help things.

    There is more than one person in this forum who has really went out of their way to offer deals here. This is not a retail forum.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    I know nobody likes a good deal like I do. I guess that makes me cheap. The whole $200 cheap thing is an ongoing joke from another thread started by mr. Vamp. CJ never intended to insult any forum brothers and sisters.

    The protective circuitry shut all the out put down. I had to have it sent to Onkyo. So I baught another avr because I figured that one would be gone for a long time. It was only gone for 8 days. I like my new Denon just as well.

    The Denon is on the way Monday but my friend has same reciever. I will still need a amp to run the LSi's. Great deal at
    6th ave.com . on the 3803 w/ factory warranty.
