One of the things we traditionally do around the holidays is fix a bunch of "New York Style" cheesecakes for family and friends. Here is number two out of many that we are making this year. Topped with some sweetened strawberries...excellent!

I love cheesecake. I am an alcoholic for cheesecake, since if I start eating one I will eat the entire thing, and want more. For whatever reason, for me, frozen cheesecake tastes better than room temperature cheesecake.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable

Three 20 amp circuits. -
For this cheesecake, we always recommend it be served at refrigerator temperature. I don't care for it nearly as much at room temp. That's why we always make them a day in advance so they can cool and then be refrigerated overnight.
