I've built a sealed cabinet for two MM2124's.The internal volume is 1.05 for each side of the cabinet-not including the subs mounted in the cabinet.I put one pound of Polyfill in each side of the cabinet.I'm just wondering what kind of sound I'll get from half a pound in each side.

Well IIRC, the polyfill will lower the tuning frequency in your enclosure and help break up standing waves. If you have less, it can add some coloration from waves reflecting more easily off of the sides, but if you add too much it kinda messes it up. I'd keep it around a pound per cubic foot, which is what you're already at.
