logistics information...As many people here that wish to be here for Orlando PF2011 I think many people like some places to stay here or there. So I'm thinking as things are getting closer I'll put a thread for logistics so you can post where you like to stay, as someone else may like to stay there also. I feel this will be better fair to you then me to say stay here or there, I know there's many hotels places around me. Orlando has some 12k+ hotel rooms or so.

How is everyone going to bring audio equipment if its far away and most fly there

Would love to attend a polkfest but I thought the general idea was to bring all your audio equipment and play around listening to music?

Bringing equipment is and always has been optional. It's usually just for fun and to be able to play with different combinations. UPS and FedEx is how I would send items.

    Private jet.

Not really. It's about hanging with friends and making new ones, eating well and for some, drinking heavily. Music? Yeah, there will be some of that too.

Mark, you KNOW you are down for the struggle.....I'll leave the Korean stuff at home but will be ammo'd to the gills with the other homemade brew.

I'm thinking that we could even do a drawing/raffle to fund out long-neglected project of getting a statue/monument for our patron saint, St. Clifford the Downtrodden.

For SURE. When I think of PolkFest you top the list BDT for setting the bar. Every Fest has been terrific and every Host pulled the stops out. Troy host's with rare style and of course the extremely HOT TLW is the PolkFest Queen, note, honorable mention to Flexible Anna. As far the grind of actually hosting Mark and Troy laid it out, one of those things you won't know till you know.

The PolkFest thing is, sure there is gear, lots of great stuff and you got to have some, the real deal though is getting to share, see, meet and party with the Club Polk board stalwarts as well as make some new ties, each one binds the members and takes on a life of its own.

We rocked Jersey and we'll rock Orlando.

    It's PolkFest, It's a Party and It's Awesome.

    Bring it.
