I will try to be as complete and detailed as possible. My room is rectangular which gives me one long wall for tv,equipment and front speakers. No problems there. My dilema is choosing the right rear surrounds and their placement in my 5.1 system.I have a narrow passage behind the couch that leads to the breakfast/kitchen area.It is the easiest and most logical entry to those rooms.I have a kitchen countertop that has about a foot overhang to make that even tighter.I currently have my 9's as surrounds on stands approximately 6 inches behind the couch on each end of the couch.I am considering getting the lsi/fx's and mounting them on available space higher up on the wall which would place the surrounds about 4 feet behind and 8 feet above me.My concern is I may not be able to hear them because they are so high above and firing foward and not being angled downward.I am also considering the in ceiling speakers that have more flexibility on placement and would fire down.I know i can play with the processor for delay,etc...What do you experts think? Post pic's if available. Thanks, Eddie
